Welcome to Two Rivers Church of England Primary School. We are a brand new school in Keynsham, currently housed in a temporary building whilst we wait for our new, state of the art school in Hygge Park to be built. We expect to be in the new permanent building in September 2022. This September we welcomed a new class of Reception children to school meaning that we now have two classes – a Reception class called Butterfly class and a Year One class known as Ladybird Class.
At the end of last academic year, after consulting with children, parents, staff and governors, we established our brand new school values. These are Kindness, Respect and Courage. We work hard every day to help our children to learn about, and show these important values.

Our vision and values
"Together, we enrich the academic, spiritual and emotional child to enable them to flourish. Two Rivers is a community where everyone feels safe, supported and inspired to become inquisitive learners who value kindness, respect and courage"
Kindness, Respect and Courage
"But blessed is the man who trusts me, God,
the woman who sticks with God.
They’re like trees replanted in Eden,
putting down roots near the rivers-
Never a worry through the hottest of summers,
never dropping a leaf,
Serene and calm through droughts,
bearing fresh fruit every season."

We have two classes of children in the school. Last year we welcomed our first Reception class who are called Butterfly Class. In September these children moved into Year One which we have called Ladybird class. This name was chosen by the children last year so they were thrilled to take this name into their next class.
In Butterfly class there are two teachers, Mrs Carver and Mrs Trembeth as well as a full time teaching assistant. In Ladybird class we have one teacher, Mrs Easdown who works alongside Ms Fitzgerald is the teaching assistant and supports in the class each morning.
The children gather together as one big group each afternoon for Collective Worship.
The Two Rivers CofE Primary School will be built in the Crest Nicholson's Hygge development which is adjacent to Wellsway School which is part of the Futura Learning Partnership's family of schools. Until our brand new building is ready we're in temporary accomodation which is situated in the grounds of Wellsway School opposite and opposite the Chandag Schools.
